Welcome to Descarte, an SMS-based grocery concierge provided by Nocturnal Security (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using Descarte you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Account

You must be 18+ and able to form a contract. You’re responsible for activity from your number/device.

2) Service Scope

Descarte replies to user-initiated SMS messages and may provide planning suggestions or links (e.g., carts at retailers). Information is “as is.”

3) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• No security probing, scraping, or rate abuse.
• No infringement of others’ rights.

4) Messaging Program

Message frequency varies by your requests. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; START to rejoin; HELP for help. See our SMS Opt-In Policy and SMS Privacy Policy.

5) Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate with third parties (grocers, payment providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
